Expo Valley Views is a large-scale new project by Expo City Dubai. It is located in the heart of the eponymous City of Future, created on the basis of the Expo 2020 world exposition. Prices for apartments at Expo Valley Views start at 1 670 000 AED (454 700 $) for a 1-bedroom residence. Two-bedroom layouts are available from 2 499 000 AED (680 500 $), and three-bedroom units from 3 411 000 AED (928 800 $). In order to buy property at Expo Valley Views, the developer offers flexible interest-free installments with the 360 days post-handover. The payment schedule is as follows: 10% on booking, 60% during construction, 5% on handover and the remaining 25% over the following 12 months. The project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2029.
