Aldar Properties PJSC is a major construction and investment organisation. The company was founded in 2004 in Abu Dhabi. The developer's headquarters is located on the coast in Al Racha. The building was designed in the shape of a seashell. This project was the world's first round skyscraper.

A revenue reserve of AED 36.8 billion ($ 10 billion) provides stability for the company for the coming years.

Aldar forecasts further growth in 2024. The company expects a 20 per cent increase in revenue due to new launches of Verdes by Haven and Yas Riva projects. According to preliminary figures, sales for the first quarter of 2024 exceeded AED 10 billion ($2.7 billion). This indicates a continued increase in interest in the company's operations from both local and foreign buyers.
