Tomorrow World Properties is a Dubai-based development company founded in 2022 as a subsidiary of Tomorrow World Group, a conglomerate that has been around since 2002. Headquartered in the UAE, the developer focuses on design, technology, and the investment value of its projects.

Xu Ma is the initiator and public face of Tomorrow World Properties. In April 2025, Gulf News presented him as the “founder and chairman” of the company, and industry publications quoted his comments on the launch of a commercial tower in Dubai. The company's legal name is TOMORROW WORLD REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT L.L.C.

The developer gained prominence in the UAE market with the launch of its flagship residential project Tomorrow 166 at Dubai Islands in 2025, as well as the announcement of the Tomorrow World Club service. Gulf News and other media wrote about the company's entry into the market and its new concept, and the company also announced a partnership with the Haidilao chain.

Tomorrow 166 is a low-rise residential complex at Dubai Islands, which features 1-3 bedroom apartments. According to Bayut, the starting price for properties there is 2 050 000 AED (558 100 $), buyers are offered a convenient 60/40 payment plan, and construction is scheduled for completion in Q2 2027. The developer also notes that residents of the complex will receive privileged membership in the Tomorrow World Club. The highest prices for housing there reach 4 520 000 AED (1 230 600 $), which means Tomorrow 166 can be considered the most expensive among TWP projects with a publicly available price list at the moment.

In terms of commercial properties, the company has presented the Tomorrow Commercial Tower office tower at International City. It was launched quite recently, in August 2025, and is located 400 meters from the new International City 1 metro station. The project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027. The company's global headquarters is also planned to be located inside the tower. In terms of prices, office units here cost, for example, 2 250 000 AED (612 600 $) and 1 520 000 AED (413 800 $) — the latter are smaller in size.

In addition, the company is building other properties at Dubai Islands. For example, Tomorrow Horizon is a 13-story residential project with a “launch soon” status, and Tomorrow Yachtment is a low-rise coastal complex that is almost ready, which features 1-2 bedroom apartments.
