Xu Ma is the initiator and public face of Tomorrow World Properties. In April 2025, Gulf News presented him as the “founder and chairman” of the company, and industry publications quoted his comments on the launch of a commercial tower in Dubai. The developer gained prominence in the UAE market with the launch of its flagship residential project Tomorrow 166 at Dubai Islands in 2025, as well as the announcement of the Tomorrow World Club service. In terms of commercial properties, the company has presented the Tomorrow Commercial Tower office tower at International City. It was launched quite recently, in August 2025, and is located 400 meters from the new International City 1 metro station. The project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027. The company's global headquarters is also planned to be located inside the tower. In terms of prices, office units here cost, for example, 2 250 000 AED (612 600 $) and 1 520 000 AED (413 800 $) — the latter are smaller in size.
