2025 was an important year for the UAE real estate market. Interest in Dubai remained strong, but investors increasingly shifted their focus to other emirates, such as Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi.
In 2025, the total market transactions value in Dubai grew by 17%, while in Abu Dhabi it surged by 110%. The market showed strong growth.
Also 2025 proved that the UAE real estate market is not a passing trend or a fad, but a stable and attractive market for investors. We expect this to be confirmed again in 2026.
